workouts

yesterday my son and I ran around a local park trail that is all up and down, just a small amount of level ground. I was sweating sooo bad, and was so happy about it. Tonight I have done the treadmill 16 minutes at 0.5% incline at 3mph. so slowly but steadly my knee is getting there. getting ready to do some wii fit and see if there is any weight loss. i would hope by now something has kicked in!!

went outside in the 90 degree weather to watch my son play with his remote controlled car pushed my daughter in her stroller. Came back in and drank a ton of water. Just finished up my workout jumped on my mini trampolineĀ  ran using wii fit and my treadmill, did step also. the trampoline was kinda a tough workout when my knee gets back to it’s self I plan to throw in some jump rope. Having a nice big glass of water right now. I feel accomplished tonight!!!

had a cook out at the park got a good workout taking things to and from the car. I did have a pop and it really didnt make me to happy. If there was ice to be had I would have stuck with water. The kids had a good time so fun all around!!

my day today

well I started off with a good breakfast of two hard boiled eggs, and a glass of skim milk. Chased after my daughter all morning, and I think we will go to the park this afternoon as long as it does not rain. I am still doing good with the whole water thing. I find I am feeling better now. I had my second job interview yesterday, and he said he was going to recommend me for the job. He said he was not sure that it would mean I have the job or if I would go back for yet another interview. I hope it means that I got the job I really really hate to do job interviews. Well as a last little note good luck to everyone on their journey, if you happen to wonder by here to get this message.

been gone for a while

I have not been on here in a while, my knee was messed up really bad it is just now getting better. I am going to start my walking again tonight. I have worked out enough to not gain any weight but I have not lost either. I have how ever quit drinking pop. I am very happy about that. I am sleeping so much better now. I am ready to get back into the swing of things. I have a job interview on monday I am really wanting to get, It would take a lot of worries off my back. So wish me luck if you come across this before monday morning. Hope everyone else is doing good.

went for a bike ride…..

so i went for a mile bike ride the first time in i don’t know how long, about a little before a half mile it started to sprinkle by the time i hit a half mile it was pouring. by the time i got home i was soaking wet. i am glad i walked my mile before i went for the ride, because as soon as i got home i hit the shower a nice hot shower. I have decided to start watching what i eat better. i finished my last can of coke at lunch sooooo it will kill me buy i am giving it up for the most part maybe one a week i am not sure yet. I also think when i can get the money i am going to take a personal trainer course. if i can lose the weight anyone can. i am going to be my first client. and i am not going to charge $50.00 an hour more like $15.00 so a regular person can afford it.

getting a bike tomorrow night!!!

I am so happy thanks to someone on freecycle I am getting a 26″ mountain bike, and a trailer that goes behind it so I can put my one year old in it. Also from what I understand I can even fit a weeks worth of groceries in the back. The store is maybe a 15 to 20 minute ride from where I live I can so do that cut down on gas. so less money we dont have being spent. I am hoping to find a job close enough to home that I can bike to it. I want to be a little nicer to the enviorment plus get inĀ  a good workout. Cant wait!!!!!

wow i did that tonight that is hard. I couldn’t do the whole video!! so tomorrow I will do at least 5 minutes more than I did tonight until I can do the whole video. I like it so far I was able to follow it pretty easy, and I have a hard time doing that with other videos. In the a.m. before the husband get up I am going to do the striptease videos and when I get good at that and loose some weight I will do it for him. Give me something to look forward to!! I also did my treadmill workout 1 mile 18 minute. My knee still hurts but It is getting better and I am able to go a little faster. Work back up to my regular time of 10 minute mile then I will start adding more distance!! I think I have my goals pretty much set well my short term goals set. I still have to do long term one’s

crap!!!

I gianed a few pounds i am hoping it is due to the fact that i was bad today and had kinda a heavy dinner just a few minutes ago. I got some information on weight watchers points system from freecycle last night and i am going to give that a try starting tomorrow. I hope it helps. tonight i did a mile in 20 minutes. Tomorrow night i am going to have my husband help me with some workouts by doing i think they are called flutter kicks i am not sure but where i bring my legs up and he pushes them down standing at my head. and throwing a 3 lb med ball back and forth. that should be enough to tone without adding balk and light enough not to hurt the shoulder that was hurt in the accident. just this little bit of typing is making my fingers numb. Well so anyway slight weight gain tonight new start in the a.m. has anyone else done the points system and how did you like it?

walking group/ work out group

I am looking to start a work out/ walking group in or around amherst ohio where I live. I figure if I go with the whole if you have someone to answer to and not let down I might get more of a work out than just walking on the treadmill. We can form some kind of pledge to each other and track out progress. If anyone would be intrested please let me know.
