had a cook out at the park got a good workout taking things to and from the car. I did have a pop and it really didnt make me to happy. If there was ice to be had I would have stuck with water. The kids had a good time so fun all around!!

    Don’t dwell on the soda, little stumbles won’t keep us from our goals. You are doing so well. The park sounds like it was so much fun. Glad you had fun. Keep pushing yourself.
